Amanda Bynes' DUI Pretrial Hearing has been set in Beverly Hills.
Bynes must appear in court on May 29 in front of the Beverly Hills Superior Court on a misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The charge is related to her arrest in the collision in West Hollywood. She hit Sheriff Deputy's car on April 5th, 2012.
The former starlet recently pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended license and was placed on three years of probation. She was also ordered to pay $1,500 in fines and penalties.
Bynes was not required to be in court for the hearing and her attorney Richard Hutton entered the no contest plea on his client's behalf. Bynes was also warned not to drive without a valid license and insurance. The suspended license charges were the result of separate crashes last year according to the City Attorney's Office.
Bynes was last accused of having slept with her former co-star Drake Bell when her Twitter account was hacked. She later defended herself on the social network and stated "I didn't tweet this, that's what happened when I called @Drake ugly, I didn't write that!"
The 27 year-old who was best known for her work on "All That" and "The Amanda Bynes Show" revealed she was going to design clothes similar to the styles of Justin Bieber and Mary Kate and Ashley. She told InTouch magazine that "My line will be a mixture of sick styles, and it's going to be for everybody. I love Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's clothing line, and I love how Justin Bieber dresses." She added that she will also record an album because she loves singing.
