He scored the game winning goal to give Spain the World Cup Championship in 2010. He followed that up by winning Player of the Tournament distinction at the Euro Cup 2012. And now he is married.
Soccer Player, Andres Iniesta, wrapped up a wonderful summer with his marriage to Ana Ortiz on Sunday at the castle of Tamarit in Tarragona, Spain. The wedding featured almost 700 guests and was attended by soccer superstars that included the likes of Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, Cesc Fabregas, Carles Puyol, Gerard Pique, and Xavi Hernandez, all from Iniesta's club team Barcelona. Iker Casillas, captain of Barcelona's rival Real Madrid and Iniesta's teammate on the Spanish national team was also in attendance.

Ortiz and Iniesta had been dating since 2008 and have a one year old daughter named Valeria.
Iniesta won three straight major championships with the Spanish national team. He has scored 10 goals in 71 appearances for the national team, including the extra time game winner against Netherlands in the 2010 World Cup Finals. He was also a part of the 2008 Euro Cup winning squad and the more recent 2012 Euro Champions.
Iniesta is known for his aggressive play, incredible ball control, and his breakneck speed. His flexibility on the pitch and willingness to play numerous roles has earned him a plethora of nicknames including "the Illusionist," "the Brain," "the Pale Knight," and even "Don Andres" from the Spanish Press.
