In time for Mother's Day, Amazon is offering a sale for one of the Kindle Fire tablets.
The 7-inch variant of the Kindle Fire HD is currently available for $199 for the 16GB model and $229 for the 32GB model and if Amazon's "With Special Offers" is enabled.
With the Mother's Day sale, customers can see $20 removed from the before mentioned prices. The offer will be enabled if the code "FIRE4MOM" is included at the checkout.
According to Amazon, the sale ends May 12 and they have the right to modify and cancel the offer at any time.
Potential customers must make sure to apply the code if they want the $20 off, otherwise the purchase will be made in its original listed price.
The offer is limited to one per customer and valid only in the U.S. The discount is only available through Amazon Digital Services and not through other retailers.
The 7-inch Kindle Fire HD tablet features 1,280x800 pixels with up to 720p HD. When it comes to wireless connectivity a dual-band and dual-antenna for Wi-Fi is available. Weighing 13.9 ounces, the 7-inch tablet has 11 hours of battery life, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, and includes free cloud storage for Amazon content.
