The highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy S3 is finally coming on June 21 in the U.S. market. This attractive Android-based device will be available in all U.S. major carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular, ready to grab a huge profits in the smartphone industry.

With a two years contract, the device will be available at $200 for the 16GB model on all carriers. The unlocked version is at $649.99 in various overseas retail markets.

Sprint and T-Mobile were supposed to release this high-tech phone on Thursday, however, because of the high demand, they have announced the push back of the delivery on some regions.

Sprint is hoping to keep its release date for tomorrow for the 16GB Galaxy S3, but if consumers want the 32GB device from this Sprint, one may need to wait until next week.

"We are optimistic that we'll be shipping all Samsung Galaxy S3-16GB pre-orders this week and that they will be delivered by June 21 as anticipated," Sprint wrote in a statement.

"There is a chance however, that we may be a day or two late. We anticipate shipping all Samsung Galaxy S3-32GB pre-orders this week."

T-Mobile, on the other hand, has to choose certain regions for the original release date, and other areas will be delayed until June 29. The regions included in the original date basically include major cities like New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, Cleveland, Portland, Denver and many others.

This hugely successfull and widely popular device possesses specifications such as theh Android 4.0 OS, a 4.8-inch AMOLED display—one of the biggest displays among current competing smartphones--an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 1.9-megapixel front shooter and TouchWiz.

Noticeable is this new device is Samsung including high security in order to draw corporate customers’ attention. The third version of Galaxy series is one of the first cell-phones certified by Samsung Approved for Enterprise (SAFE).

“SAFE-certified devices meet rigorous security criteria and are configured specifically with enterprise use in mind,” stated the Samsung website. “The deployment of SAFE smartphones and Samsung Galaxy Tab™ tablets helps ensure that your organization’s mobile workforce is protected to the greatest possible degree through On-Device Encryption and Mobile Device Management (MDM).”

The Galaxy S3 has already exceeded the iPhone in the Euro smartphone market, and appears to have enough competitiveness against Blackberry smartphones on the corporate level phone market.
