The 12-year-old boy behind the celebrity "swatting" pranks admitted to allegations in a petition against him in juvenile court on Monday. Ashton Kutcher and Justin Bieber are two of the four Hollywood stars who he admitted to have pranked. Chris Brown and Tom Cruise have also fallen victim to the prank.

"Swatting" is a prank in which police and a SWAT team rush to someone's house after a fake crime is reported through a 9/11 call.

The boy, who is being prosecuted as a juvenile and has not been identified, will be sentenced by a juvenile judge in his home county for making false bomb threats and computer intrusion counts related to "swatting." He is also being charged with a misdemeanor for falsely reporting an emergency in connection to a call at the home of Justin Bieber.

The LAPD investigated the case with the Long Beach Police Department and FBI and found strong evidence linking the boy to several incidents involving calls or electronic messages that were sent to police.  As a result to the calls, SWAT officers were sent to investigate the celeb homes.

In addition to Kutcher and Bieber, the boy targeted local businesses, said LAPD Commander Andrew Smith during of the time of the arrest. Investigators do not believe that Miley Cyrus, whose residence also was targeted in a "swatting" hoax, was part of the boy's alleged pranks.
