Mexican singer Paulina Rubio has revealed that she will start a new reality TV show which follows the star's professional and private life.

Rubio made the announcement via Twitter and stated that she was "very happy" to be part of the reality show Bunim/Murray. She added that she was "anxious" to start filming the program.

According to Univision.com, the producers of the show will most likely be the same ones that produced the Kardashians' reality show on E!. The program will show the singer's daily concert and home life with her child and will be in English. The targeted audience will be Latinos between the ages of 18 and 34.

Aside from the TV show, Rubio is making headlines for the ongoing custody battle with her husband Nicolas Vallejo Nagera. She recently hired a private detective to prove her husband is a bad father. The couple last met on Jan. 31 where Rubio accused Nagera of being a bad father and only caring about fame. Nagera defended himself by stating that he was in Miami for his son despite wanting to live in Spain. The couple wound up scream at each other in court and the judge asked the couple to return on Thursday to resolve the case.
