Super Bowl XLVII is progressing on and both squads - the Ravens and the 49ers - are fiercely battling on.
By the end of the 1st quarter, Baltimore gained an initial lead against the 9ers to a scoreboard of 7 to 3.
The Ravens struck first, as Anquan Boldin got six points for the visiting team with a touchdown reception. That penalty on third down for the Niners gave Baltimore an extra shot, and Joe Flacco made them pay.
Early on before kickoff time, Alicia Keys joined in on the pre-game festivities by singing the national anthem and Beyonce and Destiny's Child are set to do the Halftime Show in New Orleans.
