"Argo" is now the Oscar front-runner after winning the Best Ensemble award at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The race has been three-horse race since the nominations were announced with "Silver Linings Playbook," "Lincoln," and "Argo" as the favorites. "Argo" picked up momentum with a win at the Producer's Guild and the SAG win propels it forward. Many questioned whether the film had a chance after being ignored at the Best Director award. However, the two straight wins almost assures the film an Oscar win.
